INSTALLATIONS
Fitted by our own engineers, start to finish.
Every install is handled by our own FENSA registered engineers rather than passed to a subcontractor. We measure up, fit to your opening, make good the brickwork and seal everything against the weather before we leave, and most single windows or doors are done inside a day.
The work is signed off with building control on your behalf and backed by a ten-year guarantee.
REPAIRS AND SERVICING
More often than not, it is a repair, not a replacement.
A dropped door, a handle that has stopped turning or a misted-up unit rarely means a whole new window.
We carry parts for most of the common systems and can usually re-rack, re-seal or re-glaze in a single visit. A bit of servicing now, adjusting the hinges and checking the seals, also tends to head off a bigger bill later in the year.
PARTS
Genuine spare parts, over the counter.
Alongside the fitting we run a spare parts counter for the bits that go most often, handles, hinges, locks, cylinders, gaskets and glazing units.
If you would rather fix it yourself, bring the broken part in or send us a photo and we will match it up. Trade and DIY are both welcome, and the counter is open 8am to 3pm on weekdays.
